G. Paull, President
Don is responsible for overall CEO duties. Assumes
direct responsibility for all financial affairs, principal
for all Blue Bird official communications, and some sales
work. Don had previously worked for 4 years as a Flight Controls
Engineer for Boeing, and a transportation Director for several
Texas School Districts for over 20 years.

Damon
Allen, Director of Service, Parts and Warranty
Damon is responsible for all functions related to bus servicing
and repair, parts sales and warranty. Damon has previously worked
in the building construction field, and service manager for
several Texas school districts and in service for the previous
Texas Blue Bird Distributor. |

Lee
Banks, Sales Manager
Lee prepares all bids, does customer quotes and can answer almost
any school bus question. He has over 25 years of experience
in the school industry. |

Marjorie
McClure, Accounting Manager
Marjorie does all of our finance work, payroll, and accounts
receivable and payable. She is retired from the Leander School
District and joined us in March of 2002. |

Randy
McWhirter, Business Manager
Randy works with operations, sales and marketing, plus works
with the Vice-president on personnel issues. Randy is a former
transportation director and has been with Capital for 6 years.

Pickett, Secretary
Raquel is the first voice you hear when you call Capital Bus
Sales. She can direct your call to the person that can help
you the best. Besides answering the phone, she does data entry
for our billing system. Raquel has been with us for 6 years. |

Rubenkoenig, Bus Sales (North and Northeast Texas)
John is the North and North East sale Rep for Capital Bus Sales.
John can help you with writing your bus specifications and pricing.
John has 14 years of experience in school bus sales. |

Stone, Bus Sales/Delivery Coordinator
Linda coordinates delivery of our buses to schools and customers.
She has a group of former bus drivers who deliver to the school.
Linda is a former school transportation trainer supervision
and dispatcher. |

John comes to Capital Bus Sales with 20 plus years of experience.
He is responsible for Federal Coach Bus Sales and can help you

parts needs. In her off time she is a horse and goat rancher.

Allen, Service Manager
Joe oversees and makes pre delivery inspections for new bus
sales, and sets appointments for service and warranty work.
He administers warranty claims though Blue Bird and other vendors.
Joe travels throughout the Capital Bus Sales service area for
all types of service work. |
